The defect: Thor Motor Coach (TMC) is recalling certain 2024 Palladium and Talavera motorhomes. The liquid propane (LP) tank is located too close to the chassis exhaust, which can allow the tank to overheat.
The risk: An LP tank that overheats can increase the risk of a fire.
The remedy: Dealers will install a retrofit heatshield, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed September 17, 2024. Owners may contact TMC customer service at 1-877-500-1020.

Thor Motor Coach (TMC) has been made aware of an emergency WARNING label adhered in error to the interior slider door window on the Ford and Mercedes chassis. The label instructions ONLY pertain to the RAM ProMaster chassis product and are ineffective on the Ford and Mercedes brands.

Thor Motor Coach (TMC) has been made aware of an emergency WARNING label adhered in error to the interior slider door window on the Ford and Mercedes chassis. The label instructions ONLY pertain to the RAM ProMaster chassis product and are ineffective on the Ford and Mercedes brands. TMC is requesting the removal of the WARNING label from the sliding door window to prevent confusion in emergency situations.

The interior lower panel of the sliding door may become loose and pull or warp away from the chassis sliding door. Adding snap buttons will resecure the interior panel flush to the door.
