What this page shows
Everything below is an owner-reported complaint submitted to NHTSA about the 2011 Thor Motor Coach Tuscany, grouped by the component NHTSA recorded on the report. These are not confirmed defects, and they are not recalls. NHTSA does not verify most reports before publishing them, and a category with more reports in it is not evidence that a part is defective.
Complaints are reports submitted by owners and drivers to NHTSA. They are not verified and do not establish that a defect exists.

From owner reports, verbatim
SINCE MY ORIGINAL PURCHASE I HAVE HAD FOUR OCCURRENCES WHERE MY WIPERS QUIT WORKING IN MID STROKE WHILE TRAVELING ON THE INTERSTATE IN A STEADY RAIN. FAILURES OCCURRED AFTER THE WIPERS FUNCTIONED FOR OVER ONE HOUR AND ONLY WHEN OPERATING IN CONTINUOUS MODE. I WAS ASSURED BY THOR ON THE THREE PREVIOUS FAILURES THE PROBLEM HAD BEEN RESOLVED AND I WOULD NO LONGER HAVE ANY ISSUES. ON 1/3/2016 THE WIPER ONCE AGAIN FAILED WITH THE EXACT SAME SYMPTOMS AND THOR WILL NOT FIX THE PROBLEM CORRECTLY BECAUSE THEY SAY THE UNIT IS OUTSIDE OF THE WARRANTY NOW. THIS ISSUE HAS BEEN OCCURRING SINCE PURCHASE WITH THE EXACT SAME FAILURE. THIS PROBLEM ONLY OCCURS WHEN THE WIPERS ARE ON CONTINUOUS MODE FOR PERIODS GREATER THAN ONE HOUR.
Too few reports in this category for a page of its own — they appear in the full complaint list.
Higher-selling and older vehicles accumulate more reports. Counts are not failure rates and are not directly comparable between vehicles that sold in very different numbers.
