TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 TIFFIN PHAETON RV. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING 50 MPH IN A RAIN STORM, BOTH WINDSHIELD WIPER BRACKETS BROKE OFF. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE THE CONTACT PURCHASES TWO NEW ARM ASSEMBLIES TO REINSTALL THE WINDSHIELD BRACKETS HIMSELF. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 29,000.
