RE NOTICE OF DEFECT WHICH COULD CAUSE A CRASH OR INJURY OR DEATH PURSUANT TO C.F.R. 575.6. *BF MANUFACTURER DID NOT INCORPORATE THE SPECIFIC STATEMENT AND HOTLINE TELEPHONE NUMBER REQUIRED BY NHTSA IN THE OWNERS MANUAL REGARDING SAFETY CONCERNS AND NOTIFICATIONS AS SET FORTH IN CFR 575.6. ATTEMPTS MADE BY THE MANUFACTURER TO INSTALL AN AFTER MARKET STABILIZER TO ADDRESS COMPLAINTS THAT THE MOTOR COACH WOULD WANDER IN AND OUT OF LANES OF TRAFFIC WERE UNSUCCESSFUL. *TC

DRIVER'S SIDE WINDSHIELD WAS DEFECTIVE. CONSUMER WAS TOLD THE FIRST TIME TO HAVE THE WINDSHIELD REPAIRED AT NO COST. THAT WAS DONE, AND CURRENTLY THE WINDSHIELD WAS DEFECTIVE AGAIN.*AK
