THE SEAT BELT IDENTIFICATION TAG DOES NOT INCLUDE THE DATE OF MANUFACTURER. ACCORDINGLY, THE SEAT BELTS FAIL TO CONFORM TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF FEDERAL MOTOR VEHICLE SAFETY STANDARD NO. 500, "LOW SPEED VEHICLES."
