SHOULDER BELT WHEN APPLIED LOCKS OKAY, BUT DOES NOT RELEASE WHEN CONSUMER WANTS TO GET OUT. MECHANIC NEEDS TO REPLACE A PORTION OF THE COMPONENT. DEALER CANNOT DUPLICATE THE PROBLEM. *AK
