2025 Toyota Redundant Camry Problems

Owner-reported complaints filed with NHTSA, grouped by component

Data refreshed

Owner complaintsComplaints are reports submitted to NHTSA by owners and drivers. NHTSA does not verify most reports before publishing them, and a complaint does not establish that a defect exists. Volume is influenced by how many of a vehicle were sold, how long it has been on the road, and how much attention an issue has received.

Sometimes the vehicle doesn’t detect my key. This is a new vehicle I bought brand new. It will detect and give random times where you hit the button and nothing. In 100 degree heat , seconds matter. This is dangerous. I bought Toyota for reliability. I try to reverse and the sensor makes me have to put in park to put back in reverse to get it to work. My dash is frequently messing up and disconnecting. I lose my directions and this is a safety issue. The lane assistance will guide you off the road and claim that’s the lane. It has jerked and almost caused me to crash. The blind spots are bad. The car is extremely loud in the rain. It sounds like water beating up against the car. My fender already had a piece break off, leaving it hanging. Toyota had no extra clips so I went without a fender for about a month. The dealership has no contacted me. I have installed dash cameras to prove these issues are happening What is considered a timely manner ?
