FAILURE OF MAIN POWER LEAD FROM IGNITION SWITCH CAUSED COMPLETE ELECTRICAL POWER FAILURE INCLUDING ENGINE IGNITION AND LIGHTING SYSTEM. THIS POWER LEAD BREAKS FROM BEING FLEXED BACK AND FORTH AS THE MOTORCYCLE IS STEERED. INSUFFICIENT SLACK IS ALLOWED IN THE WIRING HARNESS CAUSING THE WIRES TO BEND SHARPLY WHERE TIED WITH A CABLE TIE.
