2024 Triumph Street Triple R Owner Complaints

Reports submitted to NHTSA by owners and drivers, shown in full

Data refreshed

Complaints on fileComplaints are reports submitted to NHTSA by owners and drivers. NHTSA does not verify most reports before publishing them, and a complaint does not establish that a defect exists. Volume is influenced by how many of a vehicle were sold, how long it has been on the road, and how much attention an issue has received.

The turn signals work the first time but if I try to signal a turn a second time within a relatively short time (roughly one or two minutes) there is an error message and none of the turn signals work at all. I can reset the error message with the enter button but the turn signals continue to not function for a few minutes. I took the motorcycle for service to the dealer that sold it to me (D2 Power Sports in Greer, South Carolina) and paid for diagnostics, but no solution was offered. I have also written to Triumph about this problem in a survey but have not gotten a response. I have sent a copy of the preceding complaint to Triumph Customer Service and expressed my willingness to assist in finding a solution, at their expense.

Higher-selling and older vehicles accumulate more reports. Counts are not failure rates and are not directly comparable between vehicles that sold in very different numbers.
