TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 UD UD3300 TRUCK. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE HEADLIGHTS FAILED. THE CONTACT INSPECTED THE HEADLIGHTS AND FOUND THAT THE WIRES AND THE BULB PLASTIC COVERING WERE MELTED. IN ADDITION, THE HEADLIGHT HARNESS NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE HARNESS WAS NOT REPLACED. THE COOLANT SYSTEM RESERVOIR ALSO FAILED, WHICH PREVENTED THE COOLANT FROM RETURNING TO THE RESERVOIR TO KEEP THE ENGINE COOL. THE CONTACT REPLACED THE RESERVOIR HOSE AND WAS ABLE TO TEMPORARILY REMEDY THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 402,000.
