Owner-reported complaints filed with NHTSA, grouped by component
Data refreshed
What this page shows
Everything below is an owner-reported complaint submitted to NHTSA about the 2015 Ural Ct, grouped by the component NHTSA recorded on the report. These are not confirmed defects, and they are not recalls. NHTSA does not verify most reports before publishing them, and a category with more reports in it is not evidence that a part is defective.
Complaints are reports submitted by owners and drivers to NHTSA. They are not verified and do not establish that a defect exists.

Todays date is 9/17/2023, this recall notice involves my 2015 Ural sidecar motorcycle model cT. I received recall notice #22V431 from Irbit Motor Works of America Inc. over a year ago. Irbit Motorworks has decided that a defect involving wheel spokes that may not have been tightened properly can result in damaged rims or a wheel lock-up which can increase the risk of a crash. I have been trying to get this recall fixed but without success, I have contacted Irbit, Ural motorcycle, repeatedly throughout the year and my request have been ignored. Last week I called and left messages for 3 days and no one called me back. I think a year is more than a reasonable amount of time to get this resolved and at this point I just don't know what else to do.
Too few reports in this category for a page of its own — they appear in the full complaint list.
Higher-selling and older vehicles accumulate more reports. Counts are not failure rates and are not directly comparable between vehicles that sold in very different numbers.
