CPSC: URBINI TOURI SYSTEM: CONSUMER STATED THE CAR SEAT WILL GET STUCK TO THE BASE WHEN TRYING TO REMOVE THE CAR SEAT, BUT INSTEAD SHE HAD TO REMOVE THE CHILD COMPLETELY *SS
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2014 URBINI, 25HA2Y-BLKU (NA) CHILD SAFETY SEAT. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE CHEST HARNESS STRAPS BUCKLE FAILED TO STAY BUCKLED. THE CONTACT HAD TO WIGGLE THE BUCKLE FOR IT TO STAY BUCKLED, BUT IT ONLY LASTED TEMPORARILY. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE PURCHASE DATE WAS UNKNOWN.
