2007 Utilimaster Aeromaster Owner Complaints

Reports submitted to NHTSA by owners and drivers, shown in full

Data refreshed

Complaints on fileComplaints are reports submitted to NHTSA by owners and drivers. NHTSA does not verify most reports before publishing them, and a complaint does not establish that a defect exists. Volume is influenced by how many of a vehicle were sold, how long it has been on the road, and how much attention an issue has received.

COMPLAINT IS NOT RELATED TO AN ACCIDENT. IT'S TO REPORT A HIGHWAY SAFETY CONCERN. THERE'S A CONCRETE SPOT ON INTERSTATE I95 BETWEEN MILE MARKERS 102 AND 103 IN GEORGIA THAT I DEEM NEEDS SOME ATTENTION. AS YOU CROSS THIS AREA IT CAUSES YOUR VEHICLE TO HOP. IT MAY NOT BE TOO MUCH A PROBLEM FOR LIGHT TRUCKS AND CARS BUT FOR HEAVY TRUCKS AND VEHICLES TOWING TRAILERS IT CAN GET UNSAFE AS YOU OFTEN TRY TO FIND THE BEST WAY TO CROSS THE AREA WITHOUT LOSING CONTROL. YOUR ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER OR PASSING IT ON TO THE APPROPRIATE AGENCY WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED. THANK YOU. *JB

Higher-selling and older vehicles accumulate more reports. Counts are not failure rates and are not directly comparable between vehicles that sold in very different numbers.
