PASSENGER REAR TIRES BROKE OFF OF VEHICLE.*MR TWO RIGHT REAR TRAILER TIRES CAME OFF THE TRAILER AND STRUCK THREE VEHICLES. ONE TIRE CAUSED DAMAGE TO TWO VEHICLES. ANOTHER TIRE BOUNCED OVER THE MEDIAN AND STRUCK A THIRD VEHICLE. ONE PERSON SUSTAINED MINOR SCRATCHES A BRUISES. *PH *NLM
