The contact owns a 2018 Vanleigh Vilano. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 19V588000 (Suspension) however, the part to do the recall repair was not yet available. The local dealer was contacted. The contact stated that the manufacturer had exceeded a reasonable amount of time for the recall repair. The manufacturer was not made aware of the issue. The contact had not experienced a failure. Parts distribution disconnect.

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2018 VANLEIGH VILANO. WHILE THE RV WAS BEING INSPECTED AT RV CORRAL (LOCATED AT 1890 STATE HWY 99 N, EUGENE, OR 97402, (541) 689-9204) FOR AN ALIGNMENT, IT WAS DISCOVERED THAT THE LEAF SPRING ON THE REAR DRIVER'S SIDE NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE RV WAS REPAIRED. THE CONTACT CALLED THE MANUFACTURER, BUT HAD NOT RECEIVED A CALL BACK. THE VIN WAS INVALID. *JS
