Safety recalls
1 campaign cover this model year
Recalls apply to specific vehicles, not to every vehicle of a model year. Check your VIN with NHTSA or your manufacturer's dealer to confirm whether a recall affects your vehicle.

A 2015 Toyota Sienna wheelchair-accessible conversion van has two open, unremedied safety recalls related to its braking system: a Braun Corporation recall for incorrect tube nut fittings on the rear brake lines that can cause a pressure drop in the braking system, and a Vantage Mobility International recall for rear brake hoses that may be too short. There is no indication either recall has been completed on this vehicle. The vehicle has been operated as a paid passenger-transport service carrying elderly and disabled passengers, including persons with cognitive impairment, to and from medical and rehabilitation facilities. This commercial use places vulnerable passengers at safety risk given the unresolved brake-system recalls. The vehicle has not been inspected by a dealer, manufacturer, police, or insurance representative to the reporter's knowledge. No warning lamps or other symptoms are reported — this submission is based on the open-recall status visible in the NHTSA VIN lookup. Supporting documentation is available on request.

Manufacturer communications
A bulletin sent by a manufacturer to its dealers. Not a recall, and repairs are not necessarily free.
FUEL SYSTEM, DIESEL:STORAGE:TANK ASSEMBLY
Notify VMI dealers of upgraded gasket for fuel pump module that may cause a concern with fuel gauge accuracy.
Manufacturers file copies of the bulletins they send to dealers with NHTSA. These often describe diagnostic or repair procedures for a known condition. They are not recalls: repairs described in a bulletin are usually only free if the vehicle is still under warranty or the manufacturer has extended coverage.
Compare model years
Complaint and recall counts across every year of this model
Higher-selling and older vehicles accumulate more reports. Counts are not failure rates and are not directly comparable between vehicles that sold in very different numbers. Older model years have had longer for reports to accumulate.
