2014 Victory Hammer Eight Ball Owner Complaints

Reports submitted to NHTSA by owners and drivers, shown in full

Data refreshed

Complaints on fileComplaints are reports submitted to NHTSA by owners and drivers. NHTSA does not verify most reports before publishing them, and a complaint does not establish that a defect exists. Volume is influenced by how many of a vehicle were sold, how long it has been on the road, and how much attention an issue has received.

What this page shows

MOTORCYCLE PULLS TO THE RIGHT. I CONTACTED THE DEALER AND WAS TOLD THEY ALL DO IT. I CONTACTED VICTORY AND THEY SUGGESTED A DIFFERENT DEALER (WOULD NOT COMMENT ON IT). THIS DEALER LOOKED OVER THE MOTORCYCLE AND CONFIRMED THAT ALL OF THIS MODEL PULLS TO THE RIGHT. THIS REQUIRES CONSTANT ADJUSTMENTS OF STEERING TO KEEP THE VEHICLE FROM SWERVING OFF THE ROAD. THIS VEHICLE WAS PURCHASED NEW IN JULY 2015. I HAVE NOT HAD AN ACCIDENT AS A RESULT, BUT THIS WOULD CERTAINLY BE UNACCEPTABLE IN A CAR AND IS, ACTUALLY, MORE DANGEROUS ON A MOTORCYCLE.

Higher-selling and older vehicles accumulate more reports. Counts are not failure rates and are not directly comparable between vehicles that sold in very different numbers.
