AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION "JUDDER " NOTE: THERE WAS AN OPEN RECALL ON THIS EXACT PROBLEM BACK IN OCTOBER OF 2017 - PREVIOUS OWNER OF OUR CAR SENT US THE INFO AND I SET IT ASIDE AS OUR CAR WAS NOT DOING IT AT THE TIME - IT NOW OCCASIONALLY DOES BUT I DO NOT SEE THE RECALL ONLINE AS BEFORE ? HAD THE CAR SERVICED AT OUR LOCAL HONDA DEALER BACK IN DECEMBER OF 2017 AND I QUIZZED THEM ABOUT THIS ACTUALLY GIVING THEM THE RECALL CAMPAIGN # AND THEY WERE NOT AWARE OF IT AT THAT TIME - IT IS TIME FOR SERVICE OF THE VEHICLE AGAIN AND WE WOULD LIKE TO GET THE TRANSMISSION SOFTWARE UPGRADE COMPLETED BEFORE SOMETHING DRASTIC HAPPENS - DO THEY JUST TURN THESE RECALL CAMPAIGNS OFF ? ABSOLUTELY CANNOT FIND IT ONLINE AGAIN ???I
