VEHICLE IS EXPERIENCING PROBLEMS WITH THE STEERING BOX. *JG
CONSUMER EXPERIENCED THE FIREWALL CRACKING FROM SIDE TO SIDE, DEALER INFORMED CONSUMER THAT NOTHING WAS WRONG WITH THE DESIGN, CONSUMER THEN DISCOVERED THAT THERE WERE THREE OTHER TRUCKS OLDER AND NEWER WITH THE SAME CRACK IN THE SAME LOCATIONS OF THE FIREWALL, CONSUMER WAS ALSO HAVING U-BOLT PROBLEMS. *YD
TIMING GEAR COVER HAD 2 BOLT EYELETS BROKEN OFF AND THE BOLTS WERE SCREWED INTO BLOCK WITH WASHERS TO RAISE BOLT HEADS UP TO THE HEIGHT OF THE COVER, CAUSING AN OIL LEAK AND VEHICLE TO OVERHEAT. TRUCK WILL NOT STAY ALIGNED, VEHICLE WANDERS ALL OVER THE ROAD, SHOCKS HAVE BEEN REPLACED, TORSION BAR WORN OUT, TORQUE ROD ARM REPLACED, REAR AND RIGHT SUSPENSION AIR BAG REPLACED, GUIDE PIN FLUSH WITH AXLE SPACER NUT PROTRUDING INTO SPRING GUIDE PILOT HOLE, REAR SPRING PINS SHEARED OFF, REAR SUSPENSION LEAF SPRINGS REPLACED, U-BOLTS REPLACED, 3 HANGER PINS SEIZED, ONE HAD TO BE CUT OUT, REAR AIR SUSPENSION LEVEL VALVE REPLACED, NUT ON AIR LEVEL VALVE ADJUSTMENT ARM BOLT CAME OFF AND ADJUSTMENT ARM DROPPED DOWN DUMPING AIR BAGS AT 70 MPH, AND MANY OTHER PROBLEMS HAVE OCCURRED WITH THIS SUSPENSION. RIGHT HAND STEERING TIRE EXPERIENCED INSIDE WALL SEPARATION, NO SPECIFIC TIRE INFORMATION WAS GIVEN. TIE ROD ENDS WERE REPLACED. *SLC
FIVE SETS OF STEER TIRES HAVE BEEN REPLACED, FINALLY FRONT END COMPLETELY OVERHAULED. *ET
