The defect: Riverside RV (Riverside) is recalling certain model year 2015 White Water Retro travel trailers, model 176S, manufactured September 1, 2015, to February 1, 2016. The axle on the affected trailers may be too narrow, and as a result, the tires may rub, causing tire failure.
The risk: Tire failure increases the risk of a crash.
The remedy: Riverside will notify owners, and dealers will inspect and replace the axle, as necessary, free of charge. The recall began on May 11, 2016. Owners may contact Riverside customer service at 1-260-499-4578.

CPSC:THE TRAILER IS MANUFACTURED BY RIVERSIDE RV. THE MODEL I HAD WAS THE WHITE WATER RETRO 150. I WAS OUT CAMPING & HAD PARKED WHERE THE WIND WAS FROM THE LEFT SIDE OF THE UNIT. ALL WAS WELL UNTIL I CLOSED UP FOR THE NIGHT. SHORTLY AFTER BEDDING DOWN THE CO DETECTOR ALARM GOES OFF. *BF THE CONSUMER STATED THE UNITS REFRIGERATOR WAS INSTALLED INTO THE CABINET WITHOUT AN OUTSIDE EXHAUST LINE FROM THE REFER HEATER. IT WAS EXHAUSTING INTO THE COMPARTMENT WHERE THE REFER WAS MOUNTED. AND THE WAS NOTHING SEALING IT FROM THE LIVING AREA. THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED AT THE OWNER'S EXPENSE. UPDATED 06/28/2017*JS
