TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2002 WINNEBAGO 222FD. THE ENGINE COOLING FAN DISINTEGRATED AND DAMAGED THE RADIATOR. THE VEHICLE SHOOK VIOLENTLY AND BEGAN OVERHEATING. WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS INSPECTED, PIECES OF THE FAN WERE MISSING. THE CURRENT AND FAILURE MILEAGES WERE 30,000.
