A FIRESTONE TIRE BROKE A BELT IN JUNE, 2000 WHICH CAUSED A BULGE. THE TIRE WAS REPLACED ON JUNE 22, 2000. ANOTHER FIRESTONE TIRE HAD TREAD SEPARATION AND A BLOW OUT ON SEPTEMBER 1, 2000 CAUSING DAMAGE TO THE RECREATIONAL VEHICLE. BOTH TIRES WERE PURCHASED TOGETHER AND I BELIEVE HAVE THE SAME DOT NUMBER AND WERE MANUFACTURED IN DECATUR, ILL. *AK (DOT NUMBER: 493 TIRESIZE: 8.75R16.5)
