What this page shows
Everything below is an owner-reported complaint submitted to NHTSA about the 2016 Winnebago Winnie Drop, grouped by the component NHTSA recorded on the report. These are not confirmed defects, and they are not recalls. NHTSA does not verify most reports before publishing them, and a category with more reports in it is not evidence that a part is defective.
Complaints are reports submitted by owners and drivers to NHTSA. They are not verified and do not establish that a defect exists.

I PURCHASED A 2016 WINNEBAGO SCORPION 04-28-2016, THE TRAILER HAS LESS THEN 3,000 MILES ON IT. ONE TIRE ALMOST CAME APART (SEPARATED), WE ASKED LIONS HEAD TO REPLACE ALL TIRES AND LIONS HEAD SAID NO. THEY SENT US ONE NEW TIRE. NOW160 MILES LATER ON TRAILER THE TWO TIRES ON THE PASSENGER SIDE ARE WEARING FASTER ON THE OUTSIDE OF THE TIRE AND ALSO THE SIDEWALLS HAVE SEPARATED ON THE INSIDE OF BOTH TIRES. LIONS HEAD SAID THEY WILL ONLY REPLACE THOSE TWO TIRES. SO WE STILL HAVE TWO LIONS HEAD TIRES MADE THE SAME AS THE OTHER THREE OTHER TIRES THAT HAVE FAILED. I DONT KNOW IF ITS GOING TO TAKE SOMEONE DYING BEFORE THEY WILL REPLACE ALL THE TIRES. WINNEBAGO TOLD ME ITS NOT THEIR PROBLEM AND I NEEDED TO CONTACT LIONS HEAD. I HAVE MADE MY KIDS AWARE OF ALL THE PROBLEMS WE HAVE HAD WITH THE TIRES. SO GOD FOR BID SOMETHING HAPPENS TO MY WIFE, AND I, MY KIDS SHOULD HAVE A GOOD CASE. Too few reports in this category for a page of its own — they appear in the full complaint list.
Higher-selling and older vehicles accumulate more reports. Counts are not failure rates and are not directly comparable between vehicles that sold in very different numbers.
