The defect: Triple E Recreational Vehicles (Triple E) is recalling certain 2020 Wonder W24RTB, W24MB, and W24FTB motorhomes built on a Ford transit chassis. The CCP1 electrical connection located on the driver's seat base was not tightened to the correct specification and may short circuit.
The risk: If the CCP1 electrical connection short circuits, there would be an increased risk of a fire.
The remedy: Triple E has notified owners, and dealers will tighten the electrical connection to specification, free of charge. This recall began June 26, 2020. Owners may contact Triple E customer service at 1-877-992-9906. Triple E's number for this recall is CA#9711-1.

The defect: Triple E Recreational Vehicles (Triple E) is recalling certain 2020 Serenity S24CB, Wonder W24FTB, W24MB and W24RTB, and Unity U24CB, U24FX, U24IB, U24MB, U24RL and U24TB motorhomes. The copper propane tubing or the propane hoses for the LP appliances may be twisted and/or kinked.
The risk: The twist or kink may result in a propane leak, increasing the risk of a fire.
The remedy: Triple E has notified owners, and dealers will inspect and correct the copper tubing and rubber hose installation as necessary, free of charge. The recall began February 11, 2020. Owners may contact Triple E customer service at 1-877-992-9906. Triple E's number for this recall is CA#9599-1.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM

The Victron Battery Protect BP100 is allowing the AGM batteries to be drawn down lower than 11.25V than the intended 12V. A reset on the component from A3 to A8 is required. An SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) is being provided as instruction on how to perform the reset.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM

On certain 2020 & 2021 Wonder models the Firefly Multiplex panel requires a software update to version 3.1.2. The Multiplex panel will try to prime the generator if the furnace is "ON" when the battery disconnect is turned "OFF". SOP2839 is included for instruction on how to perform the Campaign.

TRAILER HITCHES

The hitch & towing information for the 2019 & 2020 Wonder W24RTB was omitted from the owner manual. A decal with the correct information will be sent out to dealers & retail owners. The decal should be placed in the owner manual under the heading "Towing". A SOP2885 will be sent out to indicate where the decal should be placed.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM; EQUIPMENT

The Firefly auto generator start feature periodically turns off shortly after the heating ventilation air conditioner is triggered stalling the generator. A software update to the G12 module to the version 3.10 provided by Firefly has to be performed. A USB stick with the software update and a SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) will be sent out to dealers and retail owners of motorhomes that are affected.

Manufacturers file copies of the bulletins they send to dealers with NHTSA. These often describe diagnostic or repair procedures for a known condition. They are not recalls: repairs described in a bulletin are usually only free if the vehicle is still under warranty or the manufacturer has extended coverage.
