2011 MONACO MONARCH MOTORCOACH. CONSUMER WRITES IN REGARDS TO INOPERABLE WINDSHIELD WIPER SYSTEM SAFETY RECALL. *LD THE CONSUMER STATED THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS FAILED WHILE DRIVING.
