TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 YAMAHA YZF R1. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING 45 MPH, THE VEHICLE STALLED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE DEALER FOR A DIAGNOSIS AND THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT A ROD WENT THROUGH THE MOTOR AND THE VEHICLE WOULD NEED A NEW ENGINE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED AND STATED THAT THE VEHICLE HAD BEEN ABUSED AND OFFERED NO ASSISTANCE. THE VEHICLE HAD NOT BEEN REPAIRED. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WERE 560.
