We would like to inform you that a new firmware release for the 2020+ Cypher III platform will soon be available. 2020+ SR/F & SR/S + 2022–25 SR + 2023+ DSR/X + 2024+ S, DS & DSR Firmware Versions MBB V46, BMU V22, BMS V28 New Features & Improvements •The Battery State of Health (SOH) for each battery module will now be accessible through dealer diagnostic tools. •Resolved issue where motorcycles equipped with a Power Tank could, under certain conditions riding only on the Power Tank before the main traction battery pack had been detected. This could result in reduced range and potential power loss. •Following this update, the motorcycle will wait for the main traction battery pack to be detected before it can be ridden. On motorcycles equipped with a Power Tank, a brief delay at key-on may occur occasionally. Charging is not affected. •Resolved issue where the displayed State of Charge (SOC) could increase unexpectedly near the end of a discharge, causing the estimated remaining range to be higher than the range actually available. Firmware Availability and Rollout The CIII-4.1.0 firmware will be made available through the Tuner Tool, Zero Motorcycles mobile apps for Android and iOS, and CCM firmware over-the-air (OTA). •Tuner Tool: The firmware will be available to all Tuner Tool installations from August 12, 2026. •Mobile apps and CCM OTA: The firmware will be released incrementally, with the rollout reaching 100% by August 24, 2026.

CYPHER III OTA FIRMWARE RELEASE Coming Soon The latest firmware release (MBB V45, BMU V21, BMS V27) for 2020+ Cypher III motorcycles will be available Over The Air to customers on June 17. This release includes: Bug fixes Security improvements General system stability enhancements While customers may simply see an update notification, dealers should be aware that this release marks an important transition toward the Tuner diagnostic tool. For motorcycles running the latest Cypher III firmware, Tuner will become the primary tool for many service and maintenance functions moving forward. If your dealership hasn't explored Tuner yet, now is the perfect time to get started.
