The purpose of this Product Upgrade owner notification letter is to inform the owners of certain model year 2015 American Eagle, model year 2015-2016 American Heritage, model year 2015-2016 American Tradition, model year 2016 American Allegiance, model year 2016-2019 American Dream, model year 2017-2018 American Revolution, and model year 2020 American Revolution class A diesel motorhomes about Product Upgrade 190827REV. On motorhomes affected by this Product Upgrade, the rear air deflector, mounted to the rear fiberglass cap, was attached with a series of brackets and screws. The brackets used in this application had slots in certain areas where they attached to the cap. Over time, these brackets could shift or slide within the confines of the slots. This movement can cause the rear air deflector to become slightly misaligned. On motorhomes affected by this Product Upgrade, the rear air deflector, mounted to the rear fiberglass cap, was attached with a series of brackets and screws. The brackets used in this application had slots in certain areas where they attached to the cap. Over time, these brackets could shift or slide within the confines of the slots. This movement can cause the rear air deflector to become slightly misaligned."

A list of affected vehicles appears at the end of this bulletin. The purpose of this Product Upgrade Service Bulletin is to inform all REV Recreation Group dealers about the need to inspect, and if necessary, add a secondary catch to the manual slide-out generator tray on certain Class A diesel motorhomes. On motorhomes affected by this Product Upgrade, the secondary catch system for the manual slide-out generator tray may have not been installed. If the secondary catch system is not present, the steps outlined in this service bulletin may be followed to install a service kit, which includes a secondary latch catch and lanyard with locking pin, as a customer convenience.
EQUIPMENT
The purpose of this Product Upgrade Dealer Notification Letter is to inform REV dealers about Product Upgrade campaign 170906REV, affecting certain model year 2016-2018 American Coach brand American Dream, American Eagle and American Revolution, model year 2016-2018 Monaco brand Diplomat, and model year 2016-2017 Holiday Rambler brand Scepter, manufactured between February 2, 2016 and April 28, 2017. On motorhomes affected by this Product Upgrade campaign, SAE Grade 5 or 8 bolts should have been used to attach the leveling jacks to the jack brackets. If SAE Grade 5 or Grade 8 bolts were not used to install the leveling jacks, the mounting bolts will need to be replaced.
EQUIPMENT
The purpose of this Product Upgrade service bulletin is to provide REV dealers the instructions to inspect, and if necessary, replace the mounting hardware for the Power Gear leveling jacks on certain model year 2016-2018 American Coach brand American Dream, American Eagle and American Revolution, model year 2016-2018 Monaco brand Diplomat, and model year 2016-2017 Holiday Rambler brand Scepter, manufactured between February 2, 2016 and April 28, 2017. On motorhomes affected by this Bulletin, SAE Grade 5 or 8 bolts should have been used to attach the leveling jacks to the jack brackets. If SAE Grade 5 or Grade 8 bolts were not used to install the leveling jacks, the mounting bolts will need to be replaced.
