AMERICAN IRONWORKS(TEXAS CHOPPER: THE BATTERY HAS BEEN REPLACED THREE TIMES AS WELL AS THE VOLTAGE REGULATOR. A RECALL WAS SENT ON THE BATTERY AND THE REIMBURSEMENT WAS RECEIVED BY THE CONSUMER, HOWEVER NO PAYMENT FOR THE VOLTAGE REGULATOR HAS BEEN RECEIVED TO DATE. THE CONSUMER STATED THAT THE DEFECT ON THE BIKE IS WITH THE VOLTAGE REGULATOR OTHER OWNERS. NO NHTSA NUMBER BATTERY RECALL INFLUENCED BY THE MANUFACTURE. *NM *SC

TRANSMISSION LOCKED UP ON THE MOTORCYCLE . DRIVER WAS ABLE TO MAINTAIN CONTROL, PULLED OVER TO THE SHOULDER, AND TURNED OFF THE MOTORCYCLE. THEN, DROVE IT O THE DEALER.
