I tried to charge my Q4 at home, the charging connector to the car had warning red light. So, I checked up dashboard. It's said that AC charging is limited. Eventually, I can't charge. I went to the audi dealer. They said it's simple software issue. Waited 2 hours, one day works fine. Same issue. They don't know what to do. I am still wating from audi USA.
The contact owns a 2025 Audi Q4 Sportback E-tron. The contact stated that while the vehicle was inside the car wash, the contact shifted the transmission from neutral(N) to drive(D), but the vehicle experienced unintended acceleration. The contact lost control of the vehicle and crashed into the car wash wall, damaging the front driver's side of the vehicle. Police arrived at the scene, but no police report was filed because the crash had occurred on private property. The vehicle was towed to a tow yard. The dealer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 14,000.
Vehicle fail to start in drive mode. Noticed "Electrical System malfunction" error. Notified Audi chantilly. So far they didn't provide any loaner vehicle from Audi.
Higher-selling and older vehicles accumulate more reports. Counts are not failure rates and are not directly comparable between vehicles that sold in very different numbers.
