WHEELS:HUBCAP/COVERWHEELS MAY HAVE BEEN FITTED TO THE TRUCK HUBS WITHOUT THE REQUIRED ADAPTOR PLATES CAUSING THE WHEEL TO REMAIN LOOSE ON THE HUB. CONSEQUENCE OF DEFECT: A LOOSE WHEEL COULD CAUSE VIBRATION AND DAMAGE TO THE WHEEL AND COULD RESULT IN THE WHEEL SEPARATING FROM THE VEHICLE WHICH MAY LEAD TO AN ACCIDENT.
