MOTOR HOME HAS BEEN IN SHOP FOR BRAKES, IT HAS HAD 4 SETS OF PADS, 2ND SET OF ROTORS, 2ND SET OF CALIBORS, IN LESS THAN 13,000 MILES. THE COACH HAS BEEN UNUSED SINCE APRIL 2001 AND IS NOW IN SHOP, DUE TO HEATING PROBLEMS OF BRAKES. WE HAVE HAD THE COACH AT OREGON LIGHT TRUCK REPAIR TALKING WITH THEM, THEY FEEL THIS COACH IS EXTREMLY UNDER BRAKED. MANUFACTURE HAS DISCONTUNED CONTACT OTHER THAN ATTORNEYS. MANUFACTURE STATES THAT WHEN BRAKES GET HOT THAT IT IS COMMON. WE AND THE REPAIR PEOPLE (THAT WE HAVE THE COACH AT NOW) DISAGREE WITH BEAVER. FRONT BRAKES WILL GET HOT ENOUGH TO DISCOLOR ALUMUNIM WHEELS. PLEASE CONTACT US WITH ANY FUTHER QUESTIONS. *AK

Manufacturer communications
A bulletin sent by a manufacturer to its dealers. Not a recall, and repairs are not necessarily free.

Manufacturers file copies of the bulletins they send to dealers with NHTSA. These often describe diagnostic or repair procedures for a known condition. They are not recalls: repairs described in a bulletin are usually only free if the vehicle is still under warranty or the manufacturer has extended coverage.
Compare model years
Complaint and recall counts across every year of this model
Higher-selling and older vehicles accumulate more reports. Counts are not failure rates and are not directly comparable between vehicles that sold in very different numbers. Older model years have had longer for reports to accumulate.
