TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 BMW 750. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING 20 MPH, AFTER MAKING A RIGHT THE SHE LOST CONTROL OF THE VEHICLE AND WAS UNABLE TO STOP IT. THE VEHICLE CAN TO A COMPLETE STOP INDEPENDENTLY. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE DEALER WHO WAS UNABLE TO DIAGNOSE THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE FAILURE AND THE CURRENT MILEAGE WAS 20,000. THE VIN WAS NOT AVAILABLE.

TRANSMISSION MALFUNCTION WHILE DRIVING VEHICLE ON HIGHWAY - VEHICLE WAS IMMOBILIZED. TRANSMISSION HAD TO BE REPLACED.
