2013 BMW M6 Owner Complaints

Reports submitted to NHTSA by owners and drivers, shown in full

Data refreshed

Complaints on fileComplaints are reports submitted to NHTSA by owners and drivers. NHTSA does not verify most reports before publishing them, and a complaint does not establish that a defect exists. Volume is influenced by how many of a vehicle were sold, how long it has been on the road, and how much attention an issue has received.

HELLO, I BOUGHT A USED 2013 BMW M6 WITH ABOUT 77K MILES ON IT FROM DCH MONTCLAIR ACURA IN NJ, AND SINCE I BOUGHT IT THE CAR HAS HAD PROBLEMS AND I TRIED TO RETURN IT TO THEM A FEW TIMES BUT THEY JUST BRUSHED ME OFF AND CURRENTLY MY CAR NEEDS A NEW ENGINE AND IT HAS BEEN IN THE SHOP SINCE LAST YEAR (2020). THEY HAVE REFUSED TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT AND ARE FORCING ME TO FILE FOR BANKRUPTCY AS MY ONLY OPTION OUT OF THIS CAR LOAN. THEY HAVE ALSO NOT PROVIDED ME WITH A SINGLE DIAGNOSTIC REPORT BUT ONLY REPAIR THE ORDER OF MINOR THINGS BEING FIXED. I HAVE A DIAGNOSTIC REPORT I GOT DONE SHORTLY AFTER GETTING THE CAR FROM THEM WHICH DOES NOT MATCH AT ALL WITH WHAT THEY STATED. THIS IS THE FIRST EVER CAR I PURCHASED. IT HAS A LOT OF MECHANICAL ISSUES WHICH WAS NOT SAFE FOR ME TO DRIVE A CAR THAT IS LEAKING ALL KINDS OF FLUIDS AND HAS ENGINE ISSUES. NONE OF THESE ISSUES WERE MADE APPARENT. ALL THE BEST, MUHAMMAD AHMED
