WHILE DRIVING VEHICLE WAS INVOLVED IN A COLLISION, AND AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. *AK THE FULL IMPACT WAS ABSORBED BY THE SEATBELT. CONSUMER SUSTAINED SEVERE NERVE INJURIES TO LOWER BACK, HIPS AND LEGS. VEHICLE WAS ROUTINE MAINTAINED AND INSPECTED. *PH
