The defect: Bwise Manufacturing (Bwise) is recalling certain 2021-2023 EA10-10 and EA10-12 All Access trailers. The GAWR of the trailer was incorrectly labeled at 4,995 lbs. and should be labeled 6,000lbs. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of 49 CFR Part number 567, "Certification."
The risk: An incorrect label may lead to unintentionally overloading the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.
The remedy: Dealers will mail new labels and instructions on how to replace it, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed on September 6, 2022. Owners may contact Bwise's customer service at 1-717-261-0922.

The defect: Bwise Manufacturing (Bwise) is recalling certain 2021-2022 Utility, Car Hauler, Dump, Tilt and Equipment trailers equipped with Wallace Forge medium-duty adjustable mount couplers. The coupler may experience excessive play due to a missing .750" radius piece.
The risk: Excessive play of the mount coupler can cause the trailer to uncouple, increasing the risk of a crash.
The remedy: Dealers will replace the coupler, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed on September 10, 2021. Owners may contact Bwise's customer service at 1-717-261-0922.

Safety recall
A safety recall is issued when a manufacturer or NHTSA determines that a vehicle has a safety-related defect or does not comply with a federal motor vehicle safety standard. Recall repairs are free. NHTSA opens an investigation to examine whether a safety defect may exist. An open investigation is not a determination that a defect exists, and many investigations close without a recall. Investigations can, however, lead to one.
Manufacturer communication
Manufacturers file copies of the bulletins they send to dealers with NHTSA. These often describe diagnostic or repair procedures for a known condition. They are not recalls: repairs described in a bulletin are usually only free if the vehicle is still under warranty or the manufacturer has extended coverage.
