DEALER INFORMED CONSUMER THAT VEHICLE WAS OUT OF ITS WARRANTY. *AK THE CLOTH TOP FLEW OFF STRIKING THE VEHICLE BEHIND. THE DEALER AND THE MANUFACTURER DO NOT WANT TO ADDRESS THIS DEFECT. *YH
