1989 Chevrolet Beretta Brakes Problems

Owner-reported complaints naming the brake system, filed with NHTSA

Data refreshed

Brakes reportsComplaints are reports submitted to NHTSA by owners and drivers. NHTSA does not verify most reports before publishing them, and a complaint does not establish that a defect exists. Volume is influenced by how many of a vehicle were sold, how long it has been on the road, and how much attention an issue has received.

THE CAR IS FALLING APART, AND I BELIEVE THAT IT IS DUE TO THE MANUFACTURING. I BELIEVE THAT IT IS OF POOR QUALITY. AND I NEVER RECEIVED AN OWNERS MANUAL FOR MY CAR, IT ALSO HAS AN ALARM IN IT, AND THE DEALER NEVER GAVE ME BOTH REMOTES FOR THE ALARM.I AM ALSO HAVING A PROBLEM WITH A LEAK IN MY CAR, AND I CAN'T FIND WHERE IT IS COMING FROM. THE BRAKES ARE ACTING UP ALSO, AND WE CAN'T FIGURE OUT WHAT IS WRONG WITH THEM. *AK
