SUB-FRAME SEPARATED FROM BODY DUE TO RUSTY WASHERS HOLDING BOLTS IN PLACE, CAUSING STEERING LINKAGE TO SEPARATE/LOSS OF CONTROL OF VEHICLE. *DSH
