PURCHASED VAN USING A MISSOURI DEALER, FROM AN IOWA AUCTION COMPANY. VAN WAS IN FRONT IN CRASH AND INSURANCE SAYS THE ODOMETER IS SHOWING LESS MILES THAN ACTUAL. SO, INSURANCE IS REDUCING VALUE OF VAN IN SETTLEMENT.
