MY CLIENT, MR. JAVIER GAONA WAS INJURED IN A COLLISION WHEREBY HE WAS STRUCK BY A SEMI TRUCK AND THE AIRBAG FAILED TO OPEN. HIS AUTO (A CHEVY PICKUP SUSTAINED MAJOR DAMAGE AND MR. GAONA SUSTAINED INJURY TO HIS BACK AND NECK. *TR
