BRAKE PROBLEMS; ON REGULAR ROAD CONDITIONS WHEN APPLYING THE BRAKES THE TRUCK DOES NOT STOP. NEEDS AT LEAST (3) TIMES THE DISTANCE TO ALLOW THE TRUCK TO STOP. THIS CONDITION IS WORSE ON WET ROADS. OWNER DOES NOT KNOW IF THE PROBLEM IS WITH THE FRONT BRAKES OR REAR BRAKES. THE REAR BRAKES ARE ABS. DEALER STATED THAT THERE IS NO PROBLEM WITH THE BRAKES. *AK *SLC
Higher-selling and older vehicles accumulate more reports. Counts are not failure rates and are not directly comparable between vehicles that sold in very different numbers.
