WE HAVE HAD A TOTAL OF FOUR BLOWOUTS ON THE AMBULANCES WITH THESE TIRES. THE FIRST TWO WERE REPORTED TO GOODYEAR WHO WERE NOT CONCERNED AND TOOK NO REPORT. THESE LAST TWO I HAVE REPORTED TO YOU. THE TREAD CAME OFF THE TIRE PRIOR TO BLOWING OUT COMPLETELY. (DOT NUMBER: MJOP750W32 TIRESIZE: 215/85R16)
