The defect: NUT ATTACHING STEERING WHEEL MAY HAVE BEEN INSUFFICIENTLY TIGHTENED AND A NUT RETAINER MAY BE MISSING.
The risk: STEERING WHEEL COULD DISENGAGE FROM COLUMN WHICH COULD RESULT IN LOSS OF CONTROL AND AN ACCIDENT.
The remedy: REINSTALL STEERING WHEEL NUT AND RETAINER AND RE-TORQUE NUT.
