TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 1997 COACHMEN CLASS-C RV. THE CONTACT STATED THE EXTERIOR DOOR LOCK BECAME STUCK AND FAILED TO RELEASE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE ENTIRE LOCKING MECHANISM WAS FRACTURED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOTIFIED OF THE DEFECT. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 16,000. ....UPDATED 09-26-13 *BF

PE00 040; CONSUMER WAS TRAVELING ABOUT 65MPH ON HIGHWAY AND HEARD A LOUD NOISE. SHE WAS ABLE TO PULL OVER TO SHOULDER, AND NOTICED THAT ON REAR PASSENGER'S SIDE FIRESTONE TIRE(DOT # VN1L1XA276) TREAD HAD SEPARATED FROM THE RIM. TIRE WAS STILL INFLATED. FIRESTONE,#STEELTEX RADIAL, LT22575R16. THERE WERE NO INJURIES. *AK *SLC
