TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A COSCO SAFETY SEAT MODEL (IC-021) TRAVEL SYSTEM MANUFACTURER DATE 02/13/2012. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE THE CHILD WAS STRAPPED IN THE SAFETY SEAT, THE CHILD FELL OUT OF THE SAFETY SEAT. THE CONTACT STATED THE STRAPS DID NOT PROPERLY SECURE THE CHILD. THE CHILD WAS NOT INJURED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED.
