TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 COSCO SCENERA NEXT CONVERTIBLE SAFETY SEAT (NA), MODEL NUMBER: CC123-CVA (NA). THE SEAT WAS MANUFACTURED ON JUNE 20, 2015. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE HARNESS BUCKLE BECAME DIFFICULT TO RELEASE WHEN ATTEMPTING TO REMOVE THE CHILD FROM THE SAFETY SEAT. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE PURCHASE DATE WAS UNKNOWN.
TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2011 COSCO LIGHT N COMFY (NA) INFANT SEAT, MODEL NUMBER: IC-187BDE AND MANUFACTURED ON AUGUST 15, 2014. THE CHILD SEAT WAS BEING UTILIZED IN A 2010 TOYOTA TACOMA. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE HARNESS STRAPS FRACTURED WHILE THE SEAT WAS IN THE VEHICLE. THE CHILD WAS IN THE SAFETY SEAT AT THE TIME OF THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE PURCHASE DATE WAS UNKNOWN.
