TAKATA RECALL I OWN MANY CRAFTSMAN ITEMS AND MY RECENT PURCHASE OF A RIDING MOWER HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE WITH NO ONE WILLING TO HELP. THE TRANS AXLE HOUSING UNIT IS MADE OF ALUMINUM WHERE THE OLD ONES ARE MADE OF STEEL, ( I HAVE A 20 YEAR OLD) IT'S POOR WORKMANSHIP AND THEY REFUSE TO SEND SOMEONE TO LOOK AT IT WITHOUT PAYING THE TECHNICIAN IT'S A DEFECT WHY DO I HAVE TO PAY...I ASK AND WAS TOLD IT'S NOT OUR PROBLEM. WOW I HAVE OVER 100 TOOL SETS, ELECTRICAL TOOLS AND BATTERY OPERATED TOOLS BY CRAFTSMAN AND THIS IS THE THANKS YOU GET. THANKS BUT NO THANKS CRAFTSMAN I WILL BE TAKING ALL MY CRAFTSMAN ITEMS TO SEARS FOR A FULL MONEY REFUND ON EVERYTHING. WAY TO STAND BEHIND YOUR ITEMS
