The defect: Keystone RV Company (Keystone) is recalling certain 2020 Alpine, Avalanche, Fuzion, Laredo, Montana, Raptor, Crossroads Redwood, and Dutchmen Voltage trailers. The adhesive bond between the glass and the metal frame of the frameless windows may fail which can allow the glass to detach while moving.
The risk: If the window glass detaches while the vehicle is moving it could become a projectile, increasing the risk of injury or a crash.
The remedy: Keystone will notify owners, and dealers will inspect the windows for proper adhesive bond strength, replacing the windows as necessary, free of charge. This recall began July 24, 2020. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 20-375.

The WiFi prep wiring may have improper circuit protection between the Wi-Fi switch and the Wi-Fi prep.
The risk: In the event of a short circuit in the wiring, there may be an increased risk of fire.
The remedy: Keystone will notify owners, and dealers will correct the circuit protection, free of charge. The recall began March 3, 2020. Owners may contact Keystone customer service at 1-866-425-4369. Keystone's number for this recall is 20-368.

Safety recall
A safety recall is issued when a manufacturer or NHTSA determines that a vehicle has a safety-related defect or does not comply with a federal motor vehicle safety standard. Recall repairs are free. Safety investigation
NHTSA opens an investigation to examine whether a safety defect may exist. An open investigation is not a determination that a defect exists, and many investigations close without a recall. Investigations can, however, lead to one.
Manufacturer communication
Manufacturers file copies of the bulletins they send to dealers with NHTSA. These often describe diagnostic or repair procedures for a known condition. They are not recalls: repairs described in a bulletin are usually only free if the vehicle is still under warranty or the manufacturer has extended coverage.
