WHILE DRIVING, THE HOOD BLEW INTO THE WINDSHIELD. THE MANUFACTURER DENIED THE CLAIM. *JB
SEATBACK FAILED DURING ACCIDENT, CAUSING DRIVERS HEAD TO HIT REAR WINDOW. *AK
HOOD LATCH FAILED CAUSING THE HOOD TO OPEN AND CRASH ON THE ROOF OF VEHICLE. *AK
I WAS IN AN ACCIDENT IN WHICH I WAS REAR-ENDED. AT THAT TIME, BOTH OF THE FRONT SEATS BROKE, AND WE WERE THROWN BACKWARD. SUBSEQUENTLY, I COULD NOT SEE WHERE I WAS GOING NOR REACH THE BRAKE PEDAL, SO I HIT THE CAR IN FRONT OF ME. THE POOR QUALITY OF THE SEAT DESIGN CONTRIBUTED TO HEAD AND NECK INJURIES, ACCORDING TO THE EMERGENCY ROOM PHYSICIAN. *AK
THE BOLTS HOLDING THE DRIVERS SIDE SEATBACK AND RACKET ASSY HAVE FAILED TWICE. THEY SEEM BRITTLE. SEATBACK WILL FALL REARWARD SUDDENLY. *AK
WHILE VEHICLE STOPPED IT WAS REAR ENDED, AND BOTH SEATS COLLAPSED BACKWARD WITHOUT A WARNING. *AK BOTH THE PASSENGER AND THE DRIVER WERE INJURED IN THIS ACCIDENT, IN WHICH SEAT BACK RESTS COLLAPSED. *YH
BOTH DRIVER'S SIDE AND PASSENGER'S SIDE DOORS ARE INOPERABLE, DOORS DO NOT OPEN FROM THE INSIDE, TRAPPING THE OCCUPANTS INSIDE THE VEHICLE. CONSUMER HAS CONTACTED THE DEALER, DEALER HAS REPLACED THE DOOR LOCKS. PLEASE PROVIDE ANY FURTHER DETAILS. *AK
VEHICLE WAS INVOLVED IN A COLLISION AT 40-45MPH. UPON IMPACT, THE DRIVER'S SEATBACK COLLAPSED, CAUSING THE DRIVER TO GO BACK INTO THE REAR, RESULTING IN MINOR INJURIES. THE DEALER HAS BEEN NOTIFIED. *AK
HOOD UNLATCH WHILE DRIVING AT APPROXIMATELY 55 MPH. DEALER NOT NOTIFIED AT THIS TIME. *AK
DRIVER'S SIDE SEAT BOLT BROKE CAUSING SEAT BACK TO GO INTO THE FULLY RECLINE POSITION. PLEASE DESCRIBE. TT
THE FRONT PASSENGER SEAT BOLT BROKE AND THE SEAT MOVES UP AND DOWN. CHRYSLER WILL NOT FIX IT NOR WILL MARK III. PLEASE DESCRIBE. TT
